What’s more, because our building services helpline is staffed by specialist engineers and technicians, we offer independent advice, scoping and arbitration to both policyholder and insurer.

 

Advanced technology: we use digital pen technology to upload or capture reports, schedules and photos from site within seconds.

 

Consistent rates: all our contractor partners build estimates directly onto our SOR-driven estimating system ensuring consistent and controlled claim costs.

 

Claim cycle: Our average claim cycle of 35 days from notification to claim completion means minimal disruption for the policyholder and reduced costs (temporary accommodation and other expenses) for the insurer.
