Lanes Assistance Services provides 24-hour access to a nationwide reactive and scheduled glazing repair and replacement service, including doors, windows, locking mechanisms, garage doors, etc.

Our contractor partners operate with us exclusively, offering our insurance clients their full range of expertise and experience in handling domestic and commercial work.

Work is despatched through our claim centres and jobs are tracked via our GClaim management system.

Lanes Assistance Services covers:

• repairs (including temporary repairs and boarding up)
• replacement windows (including upvc, timber, aluminium)
• replacement doors (full- or part-glazed upvc, moulded panel, side panel, aluminium, timber, and related fittings)
• replacement garage doors
• replacement patio or french doors
• replacement locks and keys
• glazing only (including float, tinted, wired, laminated, etc)

Our contractor partners’ staff are multi-skilled and carry an extensive range of glass, locks and fittings to ensure that a significant proportion of works can be carried out as soon as practicable – normally during the initial visit.
